Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged please notify us immediatley 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will not accept returns on balloon arrangements unless there is a defect or problem with the product, such as a leak or a missing balloon. If you need to return a balloon arrangement, it's best to cut directly and inquire about their specific policy.

If you notice an issue with the balloon arrangement upon delivery or pickup, it's important to address the issue as soon as possible with the store or company to try and resolve the issue in a timely manner- as we may offer a replacement.
